EFT TappingEmotional Freedom Techniques Tapping is a gentle modality that enables you to remove yourself as an obstacle to the changes that you are seeking to make in your life. After focusing on a distressing thought and then tapping on meridian points, we are able to transform that negative thought into a neutral one. The reaction or emotion around it will loosen its grip on you—thereby allowing you to accept yourself as you are and, consequently, find the psychoemotional or physical relief you desire.

about joesephA foreign language teacher and linguist by profession, since 1999 I have been on a personal crusade to help humanity to find a way to live peacefully with itself. When I discovered EFT Tapping in 2017, I believe I discovered an essential tool to help violence-prone and fragmented societies such as ours to rediscover Community. One of my missions in life now is to share the “miracle” that is tapping with as many people as possible. I know that once you learn to use this incredible therapeutic tool, it will mark a before and after in your life—as it did in mine.

dreamwork circleOur unconscious communicates with us through dreams, using symbolism to provide insight and opportunities for growth in our waking life. Through dreamwork we access this wisdom and make positive changes that will open us to authentic ways of being and more fulfilled lives. Sharing dreams not only offers support in our explorations, but broadens our individual perspectives, helping us gain insights we may have missed otherwise.
Please bring a dream journal (or a written dream) and pen. |
